We're a small operation and generally ship one day per week, usually the end of the week. Orders ship within 2-5 business days of cleared payment. Occasionally we travel for shows or teaching events and shipping will be delayed until we're back in the studio. The info bar at the top of the site page will let you know about shipping delay periods. If you need something in a hurry, it’s best to contact us before placing your order.

Orders ship via USPS or UPS. Shipping times are typically 2-7 business days.

Order confirmations are sent to the email used to place the order. Make sure your email is correct, and check your junk box if you missed it.

Tracking numbers will be emailed with your ship confirmation. Orders of 1-2 print patterns are mailed via USPS First Class Mail in stamped envelopes and are not trackable.

International orders ship via USPS First Class Mail International or UPS Worldwide, and delivery times vary widely. If you want to ensure a speedy delivery time, contact us to before placing your order for an expedited ship rate. Duties, import taxes and other charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. We've done our best to calculate international shipping rates that are affordable and accurate for your region. If the cost of your shipping label is less than what you were charged, we'll refund the difference! Thanks for your patience as we work out the details of shipping on our new website.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Contact the shipper to make a claim, and let us know if we can help.

Domestic shipping for available quilt samples is $30. International orders may be subject to a surcharge.

A download link is included in your order confirmation email. If you don’t see it, check your spam/promotions/junk inbox. You'll have 5 download/open attempts for purchased patterns (free patterns get 3 attempts) – be sure to download and save your pattern to your computer or other device! Contact us if you need assistance.

You can find the number of pages for each digital pattern under “details” on the product page.

All digital pattern instructions are formatted for US letter size, but instructional copy and diagrams will print without clipping on A4 paper. Any pattern that includes templates will include an extra file in the download with the templates formatted for A4 – this ensures your templates will print accurately and be easy to assemble no matter what page size you’re using. US letter users can print the templates included with the instruction file.

Presale items are shipped when the goods become available – check the product listing for estimated shipping dates.

Patchwork Panel Club items will ship according to the schedule listed under “details” on the product page. Members should notify us about any address changes during the course of their membership year. Domestic shipping is included in the cost of your panel membership. International memberships may be subject to a shipping surcharge.

We aim to make you happy! If we ship the wrong item, or it is not to your satisfaction, please let us know within 15 days of receipt. Return the item in the original packaging when possible. When the item is received, your purchase price will be refunded. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Most items can be returned when in like-new condition, with the following exceptions:

• Made-to-order and custom quilts are not returnable.

• Fabrics cut-to-order are, in some cases, not returnable. Pre-cut bundles of licensed fabric can be returned if in original packaging.

• Subscriptions or fabric clubs cannot be canceled or returned.

• Gift cards and sale items are not returnable.

• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping – contact the carrier to file a claim.

To exchange an item, it's best to contact us, return the unwanted item so we can issue a refund, and then place a new order. Items can be returned to:
